Music rips through the soul of Pandora, the Internet radio company, in its 8,000-square-foot Chicago office. The office is so high class that it is the first of Top Inspiration Offices.
Housed in Tribune Tower on North Michigan Avenue, Pandora enlisted design firm East Lake Studio in 2012. Subtle references to music include the guitar pick wall mosaic and streaming music throughout the work space. Sweet add-ons include private phone booths and well-decorated meeting rooms with full views of the city.
The office entrance is sharp and sophisticated with the use of whites and greys. Our personal favorite is the logo on the floor, which we find genius.
The infamous Chicago “bean” sculpture, also called The Cloud, is made out of guitar picks. A symbol of the music industry outlining the symbol of the city – another genius move.
Light blue makes for a tranquil accent color throughout the work space.
A phone booth gives cubicle employees some privacy.
